The latest wordpress 2.5.1 is a whole new experience for Wp blogger. I’ve resisted using wp2.5 as I find it complicated. Well, not until my birth of 2nd blog- bookswonderland
My very first error with wordpress 2.5.1 was “Not able to read Chinese character”. A MySQL character encoding problem. It seems to be my default Fantatisco installer install me a “latin1″ instead of “utf-8″. I had to fix it from my phpadmin. A risky place for dummy. Anyway, got my friend Shuyun to solved.
So this second error disappointed me. Gets this error shown from picture above.
- HTTP error, please try it again.
Lucky not hard to solve. My solution learn from Image/Media Uploader problems The steps are as below.
- FTP download .htaccess
- Open it in notepad. Paste this below.You can get the text file here.
- Save and upload/replace the original.
- Close browser and restart browser
Well, not every user gets the same solution. You could try in a different method if you can’t. Here is one from nineteenhundredandyesterday

This is a wordpress log file for my own reference learned from Mark McLaren in his post at WordPress Tutorial-How to Position and Image and wrap Text Around an image Using Wordpress
To position an image on the Right, place this code
< img style=” border: 0pt none; float:left; padding-right:10px; padding-bottom:10px” src=”images/anything.jpg” …/>
Type the whole code in code mood. You can find it next to Visual tab. Do make sure no space between ‘<’ and ‘img’ . I had to make a space to read the code here. If you want to link image to a site. just place in the < a href=” ” > in front and </a> at the end of the whole code.
Get back to Visual mood and click on the insert/edit image icon set it align to Right.
Next, To position an image to the left, place in this code instead;
< img style=”border: 0pt none; float:right; padding-left:10px; padding-bottom:10px” src=”images/image.jpg” …/>
The rest the same as i’d mention above.

Drawing Day this year is June 07, 2008.
I’d got this news from Emila Yusof where she will be joining this movement and taking a day off just for it.
This is the first time knowing such activity. Glad to know people around the world taking such initiative to appreciate illustrator and designer.
And of cos drawing is a fun activity after all. We should all join in and have fun. I might try joining, though this event clash with the conference i am going to attend.
Nothing is impossible. I might beable to pull my son in too. But, we’ll have to do it a week ahead. That means, this weekend! We’ll see if we could.

Well, i guess one has to be patient. If you can’t read my blog, that’s mean my host database overloaded. I’ve called them a few times. And finally, they told me their problem and promise to fix everything asap.
My host is a nice chap. His customer service is excellent. Never gets annoyed with my dummy question. And most of all reachable by phone, email or yahoo messenger. Maybe that’s the reason his server overloaded.

Not to mention- a pair of spectacle for the old folks. You will gonna miss the whole show if you don’t bring ‘em.
Last year, my mum almost bought the whole store when she saw her favorite recipe books selling cheap at only few ringgits.

Well… well… since everyone who blog will somehow or rather create their own header. It just like refurbish your own house. Color is on the top list, and of cos white background makes everything clear. (The best color.) But, I’m a fancy person who love fancy color. I will need some help to mix-n-match.

I’ve make a small changes to my site. Look at my favicon up there.
Previously was the original icon done by the theme designer. Finally mine very own!

Yep, his name is TADO (太多) {means : too much}
He might be deceiving looking like a dinosaur. He is in fact a harmless 3rd stage tadpole. {A teenage tadpole.}
D.O.B: at beginning year 2007. He lost his birth cert during the chaos. I presume his birthday as 16th march 2007.
Do you think you could find him?
I’ll will be giving out a surprise gift for the very first who could.

I haven’t uploaded Lun’s drawing and painting for quite a while. We didn’t stop playing with colors. In fact, we had gone ahead to create a 3d modeling . {With plasticine}
Those photos that I’ve taken was jumble up in the two PCs of mine. I’ll have to search. It’s time consuming.
I know, you must have ask, why messy?
I shared my computers and camera with everyone in the family. When the camera’s card full, we will download them in the computers.

Hop in and out, I’m glad that I am now the 2549th in the list. Looking back, I must have done many shares in polluting our world. Well, I’m changed, ever since I watched the documentary from National Geography and reading many horrible new of our world, I’d stop or rather reduce the usage of plastic. I carry my own “Tapao” container for take-away. I tried to keep my shopping goods to my own bag. And eating my own backyard vegetables. Flavored by my son’s pee. Reduce and Reuse. This should be our next living motto.
Oh, lets get tag. Wanna join us? Tag along, Juliahanizam? Yen? Shuyun ? Andy? JO-N? Anyone please?
By the way, if you possibly can, try watch The 11th hour. Excellent movie. Watch it with family, let our young nurture with this good information.
