The latest wordpress 2.5.1 is a whole new experience for Wp blogger. I’ve resisted using wp2.5 as I find it complicated. Well, not until my birth of 2nd blog- bookswonderland
My very first error with wordpress 2.5.1 was “Not able to read Chinese character”. A MySQL character encoding problem. It seems to be my default Fantatisco installer install me a “latin1″ instead of “utf-8″. I had to fix it from my phpadmin. A risky place for dummy. Anyway, got my friend Shuyun to solved.
So this second error disappointed me. Gets this error shown from picture above.

Lucky not hard to solve. My solution learn from Image/Media Uploader problems The steps are as below.
- FTP download .htaccess
- Open it in notepad. Paste this below.You can get the text file here.
- Save and upload/replace the original.
- Close browser and restart browser
Well, not every user gets the same solution. You could try in a different method if you can’t. Here is one from nineteenhundredandyesterday
