Plasticine art ( Kids art and craft)

I’ve been looking for modeling clay for 2years old to play with. It had be non-toxic and easily wash. Here is our Plasticine art.

Dog- by lun on 6th May08 kiro's fishes
First pic is a dog created by Lun. Second pic is by me(Kiro).

Found the recipe to make a homemade dough at FunFamily

  1. You could have Play clay that could be remix and play for weeks.
  2. White Bread Dough that has the similarity with store-bought clays and porcelain-like smoothness. ( not suitable for toddler, cos too yummy!)
  3. No-cook dough, which is a superb choice for the busy bee and independent modeler.
  4. Cornstarch Clay- the excellent choice for little fingers and beginner.( cos this is an easy-to-shape dough)

Now, I am busy. I need something to occupied our time within 15minutes before bed. So, I’ve got us two boxes of colorful plasticine at Jusco Super mart.

Platicine clay Remember to check for “NON-TOXIC”. I didn’t look closely when i bought this two. On the left Dolphin brand modeling material is a nice clay which doesn’t stick much and not oily. Little fingers can be wash clean after play. The second modeling clay is a lousy one which I find it hard to clean and doesn’t state there “non-toxic”.

Choose well when you buy. Happy modeling!
